Duties and taxes

Prices on our site are in euro and include VAT where it applies to EU orders. Outside the EU, the destination country may charge more on delivery.

United Kingdom

Import VAT and any handling fee are collected by the carrier before delivery.

United States

Parcels may be subject to US import duties. If any are due, the carrier will contact you to pay them before delivery.

Japan

Consumption tax and any duty are collected by the carrier on delivery.

If you refuse to pay these charges, the parcel is returned to us. Because every ring is made to order, we refund the price of the ring minus the return shipping cost.
