商品に不具合がない場合の返品、お客様のご都合による交換、お客様が選択したサイズの誤りを理由とする交換はお受けしておりません。ご注文前にモデルおよびサイズを十分にご確認ください。ただし、適用される強行法規により認められるお客様の権利を制限するものではありません。 We do not accept returns of rings without a defect, or exchanges because of a change of mind or a size chosen by the customer. Please check the model and size carefully before ordering. This does not limit any rights you have under mandatory law. |

素材または製造上の不具合、あるいは確定した注文内容と異なる商品が届いた場合は、sale@onmyhand.eu までご連絡ください。お届け日から180日間の任意の品質保証を設けています。技術的な確認のうえ、修理、新たな商品の製作、交換または返金を行います。 If a ring has a material or workmanship defect, or does not match your confirmed order, write to sale@onmyhand.eu. Our voluntary 180-day quality promise runs from delivery. After a technical assessment we repair, remake, replace or refund, depending on the case and the applicable law. |
